You may use a small kitchen scale and weigh the protein raw.  Or you may measure by the size of a deck of cards.  If possible have butcher cut meats into 3.5 oz servings.  The HCG Diet menu limits size of portions of meats and vegetables.

It is very important that only 3.5 oz or 100 g of protein be eaten at lunch and dinner meal. Eating more will hinder weight loss.
